Jogger v. Car Driver
Client was jogging across the street in a marked cross walk when she was struck by a car operated by a negligent driver. Client sustained a shoulder injury that required surgery. Geico, which insured the car driver at the time of the incident, offered client $70,000 to settle her claim pre-litigation.
